From Judy’s 50th Reunion greeting to classmates…
Fifty years, wow! And I have been in Westport almost all my life and all the reunions, too!
Went to Centenary College for Women and then to new York City to Katharine Gibbs and worked and lived in NYC (Judy Kouns Goldberg, my roommate) until I married classmate, Sandy Frey.
Moved to Westport and had two wonderful daughters.
Divorced in 1968 and married present husband, George, 34 years ago. He was an investment banker and commuter to the big city every day.
I have been very active volunteering for everything throughout my married life in Westport from Girl Scouts, PTA, Westport Historical Society, to the Westport Garden Club to name a few.
Our girls are married and living within walking distance to us and we have six grandchildren ranging in ages from 12 to four. The first five are girls and, finally, the sixth was a boy.
My love for family and friends, gardening, traveling, and being active in our community in many ways has not changed over the years. We are both well which the most important thing in our lives now.
