White, Norman Bennett, 61, of St. Petersburg, died Sunday (Nov. 8, 1998) at Edward White Hospital of heart failure. Born in New York City, he came here in the 1970s from Newtown, CT. He was a counselor for Camp Sloane, Lakeville, CT, and was a Navy veteran. He was a member of Sons of the American Revolution, Volvo Club of America, Rolls Royce Owners Club, Sports Car Club of America, Ferrari Owners Club, Slant 6 Club of America, and American Legion posts in St. Petersburg and Buckfield, ME. Survivors include a brother, Edward B., Phoenix, AZ; and a sister, Cynthia White Dixon, Sheffield, MA.
